Day 1 — Arrival + Decompression

Purpose: Transition you out of “life mode” and into retreat mode.
Most people arrive guarded, overstimulated, and carrying stress. We slow the start on purpose so your body feels safe enough to change.

Structure
Arrival window (midday–late afternoon)
Optional light movement or mobility
Check-in + orientation
Welcome dinner
Opening circle
Video message to your future self
Lights out early (8PM)

Key rule: No intense training. Emotional safety comes first.

The Return is a co-ed performance and nervous system reset retreat in Costa Rica built on our R³ Method: Regulate, Rebuild, Reinforce. Through one daily anchor training session, intentional recovery practices, and guided integration work, you’ll downshift out of stress mode, rebuild strength and self-trust, and leave with a practical plan that makes your new baseline stick at home. This is strength and stillness in the same week, structured, spacious, and designed to create real change.

Day 2 — Foundation + Calibration

Purpose: Establish your baseline physically, mentally, and socially.
This is where buy-in happens. You’ll feel the structure, the support, and the standard.

Structure
Morning anchor session (primary training/practice)
Breakfast
Workout session
Education block (training principles, recovery, mindset)
Long free-time block (2–4 hours)
Afternoon recovery modality (mobility, sauna, breathwork)
Group dinner + light reflection

What you’ll feel: “I belong here. This is intentional. This works.”

Day 3 — Skill + Depth

Purpose: Build competence and deepen the work.
You’ll learn how to move, train, and recover better, then embody it.

Structure
Morning session (guided breathwork with a hired facilitator)
Breakfast
Workshop: Silence
Free time + lunch
Afternoon “Hell Workout”
Dinner
Evening social experience (bonfire, excursion, or group activity)

Key pattern: Learning + embodiment. Less chaos, more mastery.

Day 4 — Challenge + Expansion

Purpose: Create the peak experience.
This is the day people remember. It’s the shared hardship that bonds the room and expands what you believe you can do.

Structure
Breathwork
Signature challenge session (Beach Gaze)
Late breakfast / brunch
Workout session
Mandatory downtime (recovery emphasized)
Optional massage / spa / naps
Evening: Soul Gaze
Dinner

What you’ll feel: “I did something I wouldn’t have done at home.”

Most retreats skip this. The best ones protect it. This day creates space for the shift to land.

Breakfast
Integration workshop + gender-specific activity
Longest free-time block of the week
Optional workout

Celebration dinner + dancing

Key rule: Spacious. No performance pressure.

Easy workout
Bucket-list hike / adventure
Downtime
Closing ceremony + commitments + celebration + awards

What you’ll leave with: “I know exactly what to do when I get home.”
