About The Return

The Return was created for people who are tired of “pushing through” and calling it strength.

It’s for the ones who can perform on the outside, but feel wired, guarded, or disconnected on the inside. The ones who are productive, disciplined, and capable, yet still feel like something is off. The Return is where that pattern ends, not through hype or escape, but through structure that changes your baseline.

This is a co-ed luxury performance and nervous system reset retreat in Costa Rica built on a simple truth: your body tells the truth faster than your words. You can’t think your way into a new life if your nervous system is still living in survival mode. So we built a week that works with the body first, then the mind follows.

Why We Exist

Most retreats either exhaust you with constant activity or soothe you with temporary relief. We don’t do either. The Return is designed to regulate your system, rebuild self-trust through training, and reinforce the change through integration, so you leave with something real, not just a beautiful memory.

Our Method

We use the Return R³ Method: Regulate, Rebuild, Reinforce.

Regulate means you downshift out of stress and into safety. Your sleep improves. Your body softens. Your mind gets quieter.

Rebuild means you train with purpose. One anchor session per day to create competence, confidence, and presence. Not punishment. Not chaos. Intentional challenge.

Reinforce means you integrate the shift into real life. You leave with routines, recovery habits, boundaries, and commitments that make your new baseline sustainable.

We protect Day 1 so you can arrive safely and actually land. We build long free-time blocks into the structure because recovery is a requirement, not a reward. We create one peak day that expands your capacity without making every day intense. And we close with ownership, so you don’t go home inspired for two days and then fall back into the same loop.

Your Hosts

The Return is led by two coaches with different strengths and one shared mission: helping people overcome what’s been holding them back.

One side of the retreat brings performance-based coaching, intentional training, and physical challenge. The other brings nervous system work, emotional resilience, and the kind of integration that helps people move through hard seasons like breakups, burnout, and identity shifts. Together, we create an experience where strength and healing aren’t opposites. They’re partners.
